Welcome to Kids to Kids International!
Kids to Kids International is a non-profit organization that provides an educational program for children to send Friendship Boxes of educational supplies and student-created picture books to children around the world since 1991. Our goal is to have the KTKI program in every school in the United States giving every student the opportunity to become aware that they can take action and that their actions can make a difference.
THANK YOU!
KTKI would like to say a big thank you to all the schools that have sent us picture books and educational supplies over the summer! We have received many wonderful projects from multiple grade levels and multiple states around the country. You have all kept us busy proofreading, sorting, and packing friendship boxes to send all over the world. Soon we will have an update on all the packages we have sent out, but in the meantime we wanted to share a few of the wonderful student-created picture books on our website. Please visit the Current KTKI Bookshelf to take a look. If you don’t see books from your school, please don’t get upset! Our webmaster is still busy scanning pages and pages of your artwork. So check back soon!
WRITE TO PRESIDENT OBAMA!

Dear Kids to Kids International members and supporters,
KTKI is dedicated to helping children in need abroad with our student-created picture books and school supplies. We would love to get KTKI in every American school so that all of the children of America can reach out to children everywhere with a message of peace and friendship. You can help make this dream a reality! We are asking that all of our members write to President Obama. You can contact the President online here or by mail (see address below). Please send a letter about your experiences with KTKI. This letter writing project is for everyone! Student letters can be as simple or as detailed as you wish, and can even include a picture (if you are sending them by traditional mail.) We hope that teacher letters will include your professional opinion on how KTKI affects your students, and how you integrated it into your curriculum. Please also include your school name and where it is located in all letters.
We feel that if we as an organization (KTKI and its members) can show the President how important KTKI is, and the difference it makes to American children as well as children everywhere, maybe he can help us get KTKI in the curriculum of every American school!
Thank you for your continued support! Together we are truly making a difference for those children in need.
