Friendship Boxes Bound for Haiti
Jane Hackenburg, KTKI Ambassador and former teacher recently visited Haiti, delivering student created picture books and educational supplies to Foundation Enfant Jesus school in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. KTKI is so pleased to have a new contact in Haiti to send our friendship boxes to with the help of the Village of Vision for Haiti Foundation!
20 KTKI Friendship Boxes are being sent to Haiti with the Haitian Health Foundation
Since 1988, the Haitian Health Foundation has provided education programs which provide access to school for poor Haitian children, helping these students learn to read, write, sum, etc. and helping to ensure a better future for themselves as well as their country. HHF also constructed and fully supports the St. Pierre School, a K-7 school in downtown Jeremie where over 400 of the poorest children attend school. This month Kids to Kids delivered 20 Friendship boxes to the Haitian Health Foundation. Below are photos of our Friendship Boxes being delivered. Visit the HHF Website.

30 KTKI Friendship Boxes are being sent to Haiti with the Blessed Sacrament Church
The interior of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Hughestown, Pennsylvania – including the altar, pews, statues and stained glass – was crated and shipped to Haiti where it will be used to rebuild a church which was destroyed in the earthquake in January. Going along with the items from the church will be 30 KTKI Friendship Boxes. Below are photos of our Friendship Boxes being packed and delivered to the church and articles about the church.
